Many of you will be very surprised to learn how much  portion size has increased over time.  Larger portions can mean a surprising number of calories.  Even your morning coffee is suspect.

RSVP now for the specialSaturday, November 5thcelebration ceremony to honor all of those that set the Guinness World Recordfor the Largest Circuit Training on June 18th, 2011.  This event is open to everyone.  This is also a time to say thank you to the trainers, Senator James Robey (who will be working out with us!) and all of the other volunteers who made this record happen!  Tell everyone you know to join us for a very special circuit training on Sat., Nov. 5that Centennial Park.  IMPORTANT LOCATION CHANGE: Centennial Park Corporate Pavilion H
                                      Woodland Road entrance to Centennial Park, just west of Columbia Rd. on Rt. 108W, Ellicott City, Maryland.

There are two entrances to the park off of 108.  If you are coming from Rt. 29, you would take the 108 exit west.  Go through the first traffic light and you will see the Woodland Road entrance immediately on your right after you cross over Columbia Road.  We will be posting signs on 108 directing participants into the park.

 We will hold the circuit training at our regular time from 8am to 9am.  The ceremony will follow from 9 to 9:30am.  If you have not already attended one of our FREE Saturday morning workouts…. you don’t want to miss this one!  Fun, high energy and perfect for all ages and fitness levels.    Come and find out for yourself why so many are showing up in the park every Saturday to join us!  For more information about our family oriented free Circuit Training in the Park, click here.
