The Howard County Family Wellness Day and the Matzohball 5K Run/Walk  are bringing our community together to make wellness a priority.  

Family Wellness Day is FREE to the public and an opportunity to share wellness resources, health education and healthy fun for evervyone. Put on your running shoes and join us on Sunday, June 4th 2023, for the 19th Annual Matzohball 5K Run /Walk ! There is a fee to register for the Matzohball 5k and 1 mile run/walk for those participating in those activities.  

100% of all donations made through the official Matzohball 5k web portal (sign-up registration) will go to the following three charities: Grassroots, DreamBuilders and HopeWorks (over $60,000 donated to date).
