This program is very flexible and we will provide you with all of the tools you need to track individual and team progress, communicate with team members and provide all of your participants with a county-wide wellness calendar filled with FREE physical activities, nutritional education and wellness workshops --even opportunities for free screenings. It’s Easy, its fun and it’s FREE.
By signing up a team you are agreeing to be the Team Captain or that you have the authority to assign and support a Team Captain within your group. This program is designed to keep your time commitment and your captain’s time commitment to a minimum while providing you and your team with year-round opportunities to be more active and develop a healthy lifestyle.
How to Get Started: There are two ways to get started. First, you can go on-line to: www.GetActiveHowardCounty.org and click on START A TEAM
Just fill out the on-line form and you will receive a team code and be ready to invite your team members. Second, you can complete this form and fax it to: GetActive Howard County at: 410-715-6801. Either way, you will receive your company Team Code within 48 hours and you will be ready to invite your team members to join.
