SLEEP is something that a lot of us are obviously lacking based on a review of week 1 tracking sheets!  WebMD experts say that if you feel drowsy during the day, even during boring activities, you haven't had enough sleep.  Sleep is vital to our health and well being, yet millions of us are not getting enough sleep, or are suffering from other sleep problems.

We all have trouble sleeping from time to time.  You can make it easier to get a good night sleep every night with these simple steps.   10 Tips to Get Better Sleep

Everyone who turns in their week 1 tracking sheet by midnight tonight will receive one free raffle ticket which will be placed in the Challenge Bowl.  Those with the top ten scores will receive two tickets and our top point getter will receive three raffle tickets in the bowl.  On Thursday we will draw a lucky winner.

Eat healthy and get active!
