Everyone is welcome to attend and participate. 

                                          8:00 am - 9:00 am - FREE circuit training
                                                  9:00 am - 9:30 am - Celebration Ceremony.

These are not the official Guinness World Record Certificates, but can be framed to commemorate your participation in setting the World Record.
